Sites + AI front desks for trades and local studios
Most small-business sites sit there doing nothing. Mine bring you calls.
Fast to load, easy to find on Google, easy to book from. Backed by an AI front desk that catches leads at 2am, on weekends, while you're on a job site.
No agency. No markup. You work with me directly.
20 minutes, no sales pitch. Try the live AI front desk in the bottom right.
0.9s
This site's load time. The average small-business site loads in 4 seconds. Every second of wait drops bookings.
100/100
Google Lighthouse on performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO. Same bar on every site I ship.
24/7
The AI front desk answers customers at 2am, on weekends, and texts you the lead the moment it comes in.
Services
I stick to what a small business actually needs. I won't sell you a CMS or a redesign you don't need.

How it works
From call to live in about three weeks.
Step 1
Free 20-min call
You tell me about the business. I'll be straight about whether I'm the right person for it. If not, I'll send you somewhere better.
Step 2
Fixed-price proposal
Within 48 hours. Scope, price, and exactly what you get. No padded estimates.
Step 3
Build and review
I send drafts as I go. You see it finished before you pay a cent. Then it ships.
Your build, in writing
Every feature, every price, written down before any work starts.
After the call, you get a one-page build sheet. It lists every page, every feature, every recurring cost, and the date it goes live. You read it, you sign it, and that's the project. No surprise add-ons, no scope creep, no three-week email chain to ask “wait, did we agree on that?”
Changes after sign-off? Written down too, with a new line item and a new price. Nothing happens without it being on paper first.

Questions you probably have
Straight answers.
I already have a website. Do I really need a new one?
Probably, if it loads slow, doesn't rank, or you can't book from a phone. Send me the link before the call and I'll tell you straight whether it needs replacing or just a fix. I'll save you the build fee if I can.
Can I edit the site myself once it's live?
Yes. Hours, services, prices, photos. Anything content. Bigger structural changes are part of the monthly, just text me. The whole point is you run the business and I keep the site working.
Does the AI front desk actually work?
Try it. The chat bubble in the bottom-right is the same widget I'd put on your site, trained on your services and pricing. It catches the calls you'd miss at 2am and texts them to your phone.
Why are you cheaper than an agency?
No agency overhead. No project manager, no sales team, no office. I take a handful of clients at a time, not thirty. The trade-off is I have to be selective about who I work with.
What if I don't like the finished site?
You don't pay. I show you the finished version before any money changes hands. If it's not right, I either fix it or we walk away with no hard feelings. That's the whole pitch.
More on the services page.
I run this solo. No project manager, no account team, no agency markup. You text me, I text back. Decisions get made in a day, not a three-week email chain.
I'm 19. I'm cheaper and faster than any agency, and I answer my phone. I'd rather earn your trust on real work than sell you on hype. You hire me because the site loads in under a second and the AI front desk catches the calls you'd miss.
